With an idyllic location, meters away from the sea and a stunning terrace spreading all the way to the beach, Splash creates a fantastic ambience for dining and lounging. Our afternoons are filled with soft beats from our DJ that lift up the atmosphere.

Situated on Amfora Grand Beach Resort fifth floor, Windows on Hvar restaurant offers a 360° degrees panoramic view of the Cascades pool area, Bonj Les Bains 1920’s exclusive beach club and dazzling views of the Paklinski Islands.

A range of fulfilling favourites for lunch or dinner are enlivened with a Mediterranean spin, such as steamed vegetables seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and local herbs paired to a daily pick of fresh fish and seafood, a crisp-breaded zucchini or one of our freshly chopped signature salads.

This spacious restaurant is the resort’s main dining facility and is open for breakfast and dinner.
